If we really were orchestrating white low birthrates, then Jews in the west wouldn't have some of the lowest birth rates

Agreed. I really hate the nigger-tier blaming of Jews for all problems in the world. Some Jews promote pornography but we are the ones consuming it. Some Jews promote open borders but we are the ones letting the economic migrants in. The list goes on.
I hate what some Jews are doing as much as the next guy but we're the ones allowing them to degenerate our youth and let in untold millions of third world shit-skins.
Even though some Jews are promoting these problems, which I'm assuming is a defense mechanism. Example: If Jews are the only distinct minority in a country then they're persecuted against, but if there are many distinct minorities, all of them objectively worse than Jews, then Jews are "safe".
Even if it were within my power I would not kick out the Jews because their presence is a net positive for the country. The Jews tend to produce some pretty smart people like Albert Einstein, Richard Feynman, and Jonas Salk. Even the "bad" Jews are of some use to us for they remind us of who we are and what is important to us in a perverse way.

However birthrates reducing leads to the reversal of these conditions and birthrates go back up, but not when you've moved immigrants into those vacant homes.

Have you been to the southern border states? I live in Texas and the attitude towards Mexicans overall positive. Most people here believe that Mexicans are seeking a better way of life and are willfully ignorant of the $10,000+ incentive (medical care, education, grants) for hopping a border.
So yes, WE are the ones allowing them into the country. We can waste all the money we want on building a wall but it will ultimately fail if we as a people are unwilling to enforce the immigration laws that already exist.
