I believe this prophecy is elusively prophesizing about the US.
It is referring to Trumps rise and the fall of the elites/establishment that has had a stranglehold on the US for many years.
The star and clay is the eclipse.
Killing bolt could be Syria strike/or US missile strike of some kind
Three branches is self explanatory
Island will drift away could be Puerto Rico declaring independence
Ravens will starve could be Congress no longer able to have the power they used to because Trump is cucking them with executive orders
Belly of the dragon could be Harvey hitting TX
The rest I am not sure about, but again, I think all of these involve the US in some way.
