So let me get this straight... the mayor ordered 0 evacuations at the start because he estimated a 100 people would die because of the logistics... now that thousands of military in form of ships/planes/trucks are being flown in, helpful civilians are driving in, tons of helicopter rescue crews are dropping in, and houston people themselves are now evacuating within the city during the worst conditions possible...
but... this was a good idea to not evacuate because of logistics? now its 1000000x worse and everyone STILL has to evacuate
