Barker starts to overflow at 104, it is under 102. Currently there is releases at the gates.
Addicks overflow starts at 108, and it going to peak at 109. That area is completely concreted.
There is a 1000 homes behind barker, and 3000 behind Addicks that will be flooded for months, as it will take months to drain them.
