His actions are both legal and justified, the person who made the book was in the wrong and our enemy benefited from that. He gave Furie money, Furie of course was going to do something faggy with it but it was his to do it with.

Enforcing an IP 12 years after it has gone public with thousands of derivatives is not legal nor justified. Copyright law will not protect a common name or a common theme. Neither "Pepe" nor a cartoon image of a frog can have an IP attached to them. Other than the name there is nothing linking a random green frog with a mexican name (or french if you're a skunk) to his derivative work, nor is it making an attempt to appear to be his work.
This case could have easily been won if they pushed it, but a small self-publisher (as they always are) got threatened and pushed around by a literal nobody that due to his new political connections and outside financial backing has enough paid jews to threaten people and cost them their jobs over politics.
He did not make any attempt to protect his cartoon in over a decade. He loses the legal right to attack derivatives.
