I watched a documentary on Netflix two month sago called "What the Health". It was about how large meat and dairy corporations pretty much shill politics so they can sell meat and label it as healthy.
The documentary goes into detail about how meat is essentially unhealthy and bad for you, which it is. Meat is loaded with Cholesterol, Fat, and Carcinogens, even between white and red meats, and is largely responsible for the obesity epidemic.
I stopped eating meat and dairy by early June and I feel so much better. My eczema has gone away 80%, I don't feel as tired as I used to I don't have insomnia. I also lost 9 pounds.
I strongly suggest pol watches this documentary. It is slightly liberal but the message is strong. Don't simply brush veganism off as "shilling" or "lol flag checks out".
That movie is the biggest blue pill load of horseshit. Dr Atkins was right 30 wars ago.

Became a vegan in June, will be eating meat again by December. Come back when you have a year of vegan diet under your belt and tell us all about it.
Wyatt Watson
Was vegan for 5 years. Didn't really effect my health one way or the other. Very socially difficult, though. Went back to being vegetarian outside the home, and vegan when I cook for myself.
Dominic Taylor
more like the ultimate spook, lmao vegans are some of the most haunted pieces of shit on this board, less than communists and slightly more than nazis
Luis Jones
Veganism = communism. The two communities are basically the same group. The real redpill is cooking your own food.
Juan Mitchell
I agree. I also believe it is healthier. I don't tell people though, people are too set in their beliefs. Anyone who isn't vegan and chooses to deny science can succumb to natural selection. Only people I care about being vegan are me and my girlfriend, she will smell better and be skinnier.
Make sure you include flax seeds in your diet too. Great source of Omega 3s, super healthy.
John Morgan
The ancient hunters were the healthiest humans ever alive, they ate meat.

>being a faggot with daddy issues is the ultimate redpill
Jordan Johnson
Meat is healthy, assuming it is from a healthy animal. It's packed with nutrients since the animal already did the hard work already. Vegetarianism can work, but you need to pay attention to your diet. Veganism is stupid. Without eggs they struggle to get enough protein. They also probably eat lots of food with honey products without knowing it.
Cooking your own food from fresh produce is the proper way to eat. Manufactured food is garbage.

>denying your predatorial carnivorous evolutionary ancestry >redpilled

t. shit poster
Carnivory = Communism. You wouldn't be able to afford to eat meat if our socialist government stopped subsidizing it and you had to pay the actual cost, of which 90% is paid for by our taxes. That's why a salad is more expensive than a burger at McDonald's
Kevin Roberts
I haven't done enough research on this stuff, but this is essentially what I live by.
Charles Gray
(checked) And hey look, the kikes are still pushing anti-nature shit to fuck with the goyim. Maybe this time it's really good for us.
Jack Turner
Better dead than veg.
Chase White
>he doesnt know about the mental illness and erectile dysfunction associated with vegan diets

Vaginism is the ultimate bluepill?
Parker Adams
Lol, flag checks out
Sorry couldn't resist

>I stopped eating meat and dairy by early June and I feel so much better. My eczema has gone away 80%, I don't feel as tired as I used to I don't have insomnia. I also lost 9 pounds. Fats do increases the production of a variety of acne and eczema and that's well documented, even though some studies challenge that it is the additives, not the base product that cause that, meat is hard to digest especially at night and what tires you is eating meat in the evening and struggling to sleep, and of course you're losing weight, you're borderline malnourished like all nuvegans because you certainly haven't found a proper balance in just three months.
But veganism isn't the ultimate redpill. Surely you're onto something, but you've only found out that the way you eat affects your health, nothing more, and certainly veganism improves things a bit, but then you have much to learn.
Now if you really want to have a field day, drop all beans and especially soy, all grains, starches and derivatives (wheat, rice, sesame, flours, pasta, cakes, potatoes...), fruits with high glycemic index, and all fucking refined sugar. But do eat meat, dairy, fish and seafood, all sorts of nuts, berries, mushrooms, all the greens you want, and knock yourself out on onions, shallots, leeks and chives. Essentially a paleo diet with a diabetic twist. Because meat is a far smaller problem than carbs, especially if you're a man who needs his testosterone. A woman can be fine on a vegan diet, but as a man, it'll drain your balls until they look like those dried apricots vegans love, and you may as well start a HRT.
