Bi just means you're attracted to men and women. It doesn't necessarily mean there aren't genders other than men and women. There could be 1000 genders and bisexuality would still mean being attracted to men and women.
Bi doesn't imply it's a choice. It's not like bi people are choosing to be straight when they find someone of the opposite sex attractive and gay when they find someone of the same sex attractive. In both cases they're still bi because they find both men and women attractive.
