Complains about shitty job and salary

>complains about shitty job and salary
>blames capitalism

Legally, if I could kill this person, I would.

...

it is cause you are worth minimum wage

To be fair, nepotism plays a far larger role in American employment than it should in any system

...

>because to them, I am not a person, I am an investment, I am an asset.

Yep. And apparently you're worth as much as anyone else on the complete lowest common denominator of humanity. What a sad existence, to know that the only reason someone is paying you $8 an hour is because they can't legally pay you any less.

Holy fucking shit how spoiled does someone have to be to actually believe this?

Nepotism is the perfectly understandable drive for employers to hire someone with at least some familiarity. Finding reliable (not merely qualified) employees is one of the greatest challenges for an employer, so is it any wonder that they prefer when someone they know can vouch for the character and abilities of a prospective employee, rather than some complete stranger off the street with a resume in hand?

kek, this
We live for the sole reason of being productive and making a profit. We need a solution for the crazy high labor nonparticipation rate and people doing innawoods. Stop thinking like you're anything but potential for profit, spoiled brats.

We should let anyone "duel" another for their job. The person who currently has the job would set the conditions for the duel. Naturally, some duels would be intense, like for a physician's job, but if a self study guy can do better than the 8 years of school guy, the job is his. A meritocracy is the only fit and proper system.

>Ancap defending nepotism
And this is why no one will ever support your shitty movement.

underrated post

That's essentially how the system works, except we delegate the duelling to certain specialists to run. Like medical schools and medical licensing boards. Otherwise it's very costly to put on such an "intense" duel and to have someone judge it.

If you wake up tomorrow after your first day of Biology 101 and decide you're ready to be a doctor, that doesn't mean someone is required to spend the time and money to let you try right then.

As somebody who has been in management positions at customer service jobs, there are definitely a shitload of people out there who aren't even worth minimum wage.

They're your kids, you have a job, who is to tell you that you cannot give it to them? Is it anarchic to intrude that much on someone's family?

>do minimum wage level work get minimum wage level check

I seriously don't understand what this giant wave of autism that hit the West is. It can't really be Marxism manifesting. I dont want to believe Yuri was 100% right.

>we delegate the duelling to (((certain specialists))) to run
HR departments filling quotas for scientists and leaving qualified, published applicants like me without an interview until we find another field is not at all a meritocracy. I'll take any one of those diversity hire women or muds on in a duel over scientific knowledge and application for their job. Thankfully, the ESL field loves straight white males.

>decide you're ready to be a doctor, that doesn't mean someone is required to spend the time and money to let you try right then
That's fine. Just have standardized tests, written and practical, that the doctors have to take every few years too. The contender could pay to attempt said standardized test and take over for the physician who doesn't deserve his job enough to do well on his test. If the student can beat the doctor after taking biology 101 and self studying, then the student was much more meritorious.

>>People create business to solve other people's problems (for money) and stay out of poverty.
>>People only work for business owners to stay out of poverty.
>>Therefore, people who work for other people only aim to help themselves and not the community (why taxes were created).
>>Business owners are superior to employees ALWAYS and deserve more.
>>This is why Anti-fa and Communist are garbage.

Very true points. The problem is when boot lickers use the hierarchy logic to write businesses a carte blanche in their affairs. Trucking companies should not be able to run "shortages" campaigns for truckers because their posted trucking job only got 15 applicants instead of 50+. Most HR departments are utter bullshit, affirmative action or nepotism of any kind are marxist policies. And so on.

At least working part time lets you earn some skills so you can escape your current situation, granted many won't.
