Somewhat True. The older folks don't know any Spanish. Miami is a big place, and you have to be specific, which area you are talking about. Pretty much every tourist place you will be ok with only English (Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, etc) NOw in places like shitholes like where I live (Hialeah), and little Havana, Spanish is needed as you are talking to people without any formal education and backwards thinking.
