Now he's going after our doctors, plumbers, electricians, farmers, and the mom and pop businesses already feeling the squeeze from the Wal-Marts and Rogers of this world.

This. Most people don't really get taxing, they only see something like income tax. In reallity when you take into account e.g. VAT, taxes on gasoline (it's like 50% in Europe) and other shit an average person pays easily 50%+ in Europe.
