It is not just that Jews are successfully in non-jewish countries because so are Asians and they don't get the same level of hate.
It is also that Jews aspire to positions of power in non-jewish countries. Whether you think it is right or not, it is predictable that if a ethnic and cultural minority tried to rise to power in every country they occupied there would be resentment in the native population.
It also doesn't help that in European Christian nations there was a long history of hate for the whole killing Jesus thing.
