The Texas, and Florida cultures are pretty different, but what pissed me off in Texas, was people obviously stranded, and when we came to rescue them, or give them a ride to the checkpoint where they were being picked up by transport trucks, they would be like, "Nah, i'll just wait for the next boat, but hey, do you think you can bring us some food and water in the meantime?
