8992 and 11175 are 24-hour. Lower ones are used for traffic at night, higher ones in the day time. EAM can be simulcast on any of these. The reason 'skyking' itself is interesting is because it's an interrupt code. If you hear a skyking used correctly rather than as training it means there is a priority message in the air. Anyone who thinks they can work out what the contents of the message is however is a special king of stupid.

"Flash" is just the highest priority of message. Precedence goes Routine -> Priority -> Immediate -> FLASH. They're really just saying to anyone else on the station "this message is of the highest priority so DON'T INTERRUPT IT."
