Pretty sure that is not happening. What the governor said was that LEO's and National Guard could buy weapons/ammo without having to go through the normal red tape bullshit that they would normally have to go through. Meaning, they could go to a gun store and BUY guns/ammo if they needed to. It is not the stealing of guns from private citizens.
