How does it feel knowing this man is the most influential person in modern human history?
Karl Marx
Wrong
Literally every economic system in the world today is influenced by Marx. Even Nazism was a reaction to Marx.
Hitler is #3. #2 goes to Einstein.
Descartes? Newton? Literally tons of competition.
WW2 changed the way we view the world and instigated the push for globalism. It also cemented the global powers of the time and set the stage for the unification of Europe, the formation of the UN, and the cold war. Sure you could argue that the Weimar Revolts which led to Hitler getting power allowed this to happen, but then you have to accept that all of Marx's intellectual predecessors are more important then he is. Socialism existed before Marx and would have evolved without him.
Just gonna leave this here.
Swallow the ultimate redpill faggots. Open your eyes pull back the curtain and see the puppet masters.
Marx's ideas had a more direct effect on peoples' lives.
>#2 goes to Einstein
Get out brainlet
Karl Marx wrote this in a play: "...Yet I have power within my youthful arms To clench and crush you (i.e., personified humanity) with tempestuous force, While for us both the abyss yawns in darkness. You will sink down and I shall follow laughing,Whispering in your ears 'Descend, come with me, friend'".
I know it's not the technical definition, but in my head I was thinking of the industrial revolution as the starting point.
