hurricanes happen regardless of climate change you fucking brown skin faggot
Ameritards will still deny that their reckless destruction of the environment has anything to do with abnormal weather
But hurricanes seem a lot bigger than they used to be, causing wider destruction.
Not ones this strong, you racist ignorant coward.
nothing like this has ever happened befo...
Oh I know...I know... let's empty the national coffers into programs that do nothing but create massive global bureaucracy and transfer power over the means of production to a cabal of globalist shills. I'm sure that will make the volcano, I mean Norse gods, I mean climate change happy.
>A hurricane, in an area were hurricanes are common, during hurricane season.
>GLOBAL WARMING
gfdl.noaa.gov
"It is premature to conclude that human activities–and particularly greenhouse gas emissions that cause global warming–have already had a detectable impact on Atlantic hurricane or global tropical cyclone activity."
Even the people who want to say that global warming will cause these things still say they cant say global warming has caused these things yet. You idiots really need to find a new idea to shill.
>Weather never existed before the 21st century
Pay your indulgence or you will never get into heaven.
Florida gets hurricanes all the time.
The US goes through a lack of hurricanes for 10 years, while the Global warming idiots are saying more and stronger hurricanes.
We get 2 in one year. Irma is a cat 4 hurricane at land fall. We would get up to 7 before "global warming"
The Global warming shills say 2 is greater than 7 and thus they predicted correctly.
Slope head idiots get in your face about it.
That hurricane isn't nearly as big as the state though. Irma is easily larger than Florida.
>hurricane doesnt hit atlanta directly
>((CNN)) gets away with it again
When will CNN HQ get fucked up? I want to see wolf blitzer cry
>somehow, people blowing smoke up in the air is cause for a force of nature so strong and devastating that it pales in comparison to a nuclear fucking warhead.
Wilma!
It's just as Al Gore predicted in 2006
Al Gore invented the Internet!
Al gore was right all along, we were too brainlet to see his brilliant ideas.
Ugh, I mean, like, dinos didn't believe in climate change and where are they now mirite? Also, pompey was SUPER polluting.
>Already forgetting about the victims of hurricane katrina
Racist bigot.
The real redpill is global warming is real but it's too late to fix it
Climate change is real.
The sun is the driver of climate on this planet.
The sun is less active these past cycles.
We are going into a Cooling.
Pic related.
IIRC that bastard had it raining in Illinois.
You misspelled "carbon credits" user ;)
Are the strength of these recent hurricanes somehow unprecedented? Harvey wasn't even a particularly strong hurricane, the storm just stayed over the same area for an extremely long time, which has nothing to do with climate change.
>mfw the mudshits and libcucks are swept away but the based regions are spared
Hurricane Camille of 1969 had the highest wind speed at landfall at an estimated 190 miles per hour when it struck the Mississippi coast.
OMG 1969 CLIMATE CHANGE totally caused by mankind amirite?? We need to create huge taxes in order to build this shady credits/offset exchange run by Al Gore who keeps all the fees personally. Only way to save humanity.
yearly temperatures have been increasing and we are about to be hit with 2 storm-of-the-centuries in the same month, if humans have anything to do with a change in climate you would be smart to consider ways to keep equilibrium with nature
You know user... this is why I think they are pushing so hard for "global warming". It's a "limited time offer" to seize the mean of production and then declare victory when the earth cools naturally.
>Man-made Climate Change
Fixed it for you, OP. I know education in the UK has been dwindling as of late. Just thought I'd help you out.
hahaha, I was there.
In Kendal.
It sucked my fellow anons.
Parts of our condos roof started letting go.
Just south of us by about a mile it was really bad.
No lights or water for about 2-3 weeks.
So...no big deal really.
Deal with it, clean up, move on.
The climate is a Jewish conspiracy, there is no such thing as a "climate"
Every plan submitted and pushed by world elites to deal with "climate change" have been corrupt as fuck, and with literal joke targets, like China being able to do nothing until 2030 even though they are burning coal like it's the industrial revolution of the 1800s.
Every climate scientist already agrees it's inevitable, and there's nothing you can do at this point. The plan should be get as much money as possible and fortify your nations to resist these storms with solid infrastructure, and new methods for agriculture. Forget tinkering with offsets while Rome burns.
That could be, i mean liberals can't be that fucking stupid...can they?
If we are going into a mini type ice age in 20-30 years, we are not prepared.
Thinks that hurricanes (which have been around for countless millenia) are proof of climate change instead of just being weather.
Like this didn't happen in 1967, 1980, 1995, 1998, and 2010 and probably even before then we just didn't have satellites tracking this shit until 1965.
In 1920 it was premature to conclude smoking caused cancer.
In the 1600s it was premature to conclude that germs existed.
In the mid-hundreds it was premature to conclude that the Earth revolved around the sun.
"storm of the century" someone's been watching too much fake sensationalist news. Dumb child.
>Every climate scientist already agrees it's inevitable
I differ.
See image...
here
Climate "control" is what liberals want.
Do things my way because it's better = more intrusion, laws, regulations, taxes and fees.
Not taxed enough yet user?
False equivalency especially when it is the same government organization that is saying climate change is a thing that says it is premature to say climate change is causing this.
Thanks to Al Gore we have our Mongolian pottery forum. What would the world do without him?
Dude I mean the Earth was a ball of boiling magma 3.5 billion years ago...it was warmer before so climate change must be a myth.
Florida hurricanes averaged around 2 per year between 1900-49, and 3 hurricanes between 1950-99. Since y2k the state has averaged around 5 hurricanes. These storms might be regular in the states history, but the average has undeniably increased. That means the circumstances concerning the probability of a hurricane (i.e. the temperature and pressure of the air) are increased.
We've known the climate has been changing since the early 70s. It's not new science.
Taking massive amounts of fossil fuels and burning it quicker than the Earth takes to acclimate to it will and has caused drastic changes.
Ft. Lauderdale fag here, you guys are going to feel like fools when this storm blows over without any serious damage or loss of life. I'm staying put and getting comfy while you guys scramble and pay thousands of dollars to flee our sunshine state.
You dumb fuck the "climate change" IS the equivalent of the tobacco lobby of the 1920s. The fucking evidence suppression against claims of global warming and the corrupt deals being pushed forward SHOULD BE A FUCKING HINT.
>North Carolina
>only moderate after predicting it would destroy our coast
Where were you when Devine Providence smiled upon the greatest state in Amerikwa?
>That hurricane isn't nearly as big as the state though. Irma is easily larger than Florida.
You need to compare like data sets. I don't think that 1992 radar image does it justice. I really think if you find a satellite photo of Andy, you can figure out how big he was.
How do you explain the polar ice caps melting on mars?
Climate change is a hoax by the left to increase taxes
Compare the two

...
>In the mid-hundreds it was premature to conclude that the Earth revolved around the sun.
user...
Agnes. 1972
...
Yup
all the hurricanes are avoiding cuba
>tfw in Murfreesboro thus barely avoiding these predictions
Still going to be a shit ton of rain I reckon
Even Katrina was bigger than Andrew. Irma is still bigger though.
China is the top emitter of greenhouse gases as well as polution
>It easier to blame Americans because the Chinese are insectoid race that can not be baited into guilt because of their extreme apathy
Certainly does look smaller in the photo.
How about Agnes 1972. That bitch was HUGE. I don't think that apparent size is the issue, so much as organized formation of the heat and water. It is hard to measure the energy stored. I don't even think wind speed is a good measure of "energy".
However, the flip side is that there is usually winds and rain in excess of what is normally excess during a hurricane. Measuring is for beta fucks.
Andrew was never the biggest. It was supposed to fuck off back to the ocean and it slammed into a completely unprepared part of Florida, that's why it's still considered to be the worst hurricane in FL history.
no hurricanes for a few years
>CLIMATE CHANGE!
hurricane year
>CLIMATE CHANGE!
>Hurricane
>Solar flare happening at the exact same time
Coincidence? I think not. This is due to the sun not because of fossil fuels which have enabled us to obtain great wealth.
Size and wind speed.
Super typhoon Tip dwarfs them all. Pacific typhoons are generally larger because the water is warmer, and there's a much larger area for storms to fuel.
I guess you never heard of the Labor Day Hurricane of 1935, eh. washingtonpost.com
Literally 200 mph winds, PLUS.
But of course Irma is because of climate change. Suuuuure.
Not that that explains 1992's Hurricane Andrew, another Cat 5 'cane which ravaged Florida thoroughly despite being smaller than Irma. Climate change, okay.
>Tip
What did they mean by this?
That fucker is huge. That is outrageous. It damaged 12 homes in Australia?
FYI the 1935 hurricane is still the worst storm to ever hit the continental US, and my guess is Irma won't beat its pressure records or its destructiveness and death toll.
BUT MUH CLIMATE CHANGE, yeah whatever dumbass
GO TO THE MAI KAI!!! lucky bastard you
It's so weird how twisters look exactly like galaxies.
Plus it was a Cat 5 and very intense
that's just....cool, actually. can you imagine??
IF you have to wait 6 years to cherry pick your point I can assure you have none at all
As above, so below and all that. Neat, user.
Comunism doesn't wo...
From 1950 to 2004 the average was 1.7 per year making landfall in the US. Some years were more, some less.
This year we got 2 after none for about 10 years.
Nothing here, other than there seems to be fewer, not more, hurricanes.
>Hurricane Camille hit New Orleans
Why did they even bother rebuilding that shitty city?
