White culture is success. White people fall into two categories: those who wish to succeed and those who do not care if they succeed. That being said, the definition of success varies widely. Running your own business, holding an elected office, creating or building things, getting rich, retiring early, traveling, having a family, owning a house... white people have greatly varying degrees of success.

However, blacks do not. Black culture dictates that success is monetary success and nothing else. It tells blacks that they don't have to study because they could play basketball, rap or sell drugs. blacks are bad at risk assessment; they don't realize that making it in any of these areas is a futile goal. Whites have a list of things they can achieve for that success, but blacks keep it narrowed down to one thing: money. That's why the sell drugs and steal. They just want to be successful.
