There have been mixed accounts of him dying or being buried, or that he was planning escape and ended up in South America or that the US was involved in secretly giving him a new identity in return for information on projects he was involved with.
A lot of weakly evidenced stuff is written about Kammler's involvement in UFOs, secret weapons and nuclear project - likely his ultimate fate will never be proven unless somehow a body is unearthed an identified, as with Bormann
