That's not how it works. You only exist because your ancestors believed in and succeeded in creating you. You're not some spontaneous individual, you're the continuation of them; you're the result of millions of years of procreation, and there's a nigh infinite number of people who were not born because you were instead.

it is pretty much impossible to convince someone selfish enough to be MGTOW that there is something greater than themselves that has resulted in them. They just don't think such things exist, or they are too distracted by personal grievances with the world or society or some broad group, like "modern women", to pay any respect to such ideas.
