Women get all the grants in the world, they get all the teacher's attention and a constant push to become engineers, scientists, etc.
STEM-fields are under relentless pressure to let more women in, yet you don't see women choosing for STEM-fields. They go do gender studies instead, psychology or philosophy.
This is evidenced by the enrollment statistics of all colleges and universities.
It's as Marxist as it gets and women are still not doing STEM-fields to the degree the useful idiot feminists want.
The beauty industry is an example of women actually making rational financial sense. That market is absolutely huge, there's always demand for more beauty products and always more demand for an identifiable marketer who can sell the product.
Women are the largest consumer of beauty and fashion products, so it makes sense they work in that industry as well.
By the by, men are better off financially because they take way more risk.
Men do the dangerous jobs women refuse to even consider.
Men do highly complicated work with very specialised and technical equipment while with all the goodwill in the world, women linger in the office.
Men operate heavy machinery, men work at night, and I know some women do as well, but not nearly as many.
This all adds up to increasing the average wage of men compared to the average wage of women.
Also, women on average don't work as often due to pregnancy, raising children, etc.
