I don't like this idea. It feels like it would require a lot of monologuing to describe what's going on. One of the things I like about Shindol is how little monologuing there is compared to most doujin. His art is enough to carry most things through.
Plot is not what was important.
What made this chapter great was how powerful the character arc concluded when she put on her glasses.
All the reading of her suffering and the connection we had with her just clicked in that one moment and hit harder than anything else I've ever seen in doujin.

She died. She never became a mother and she never got away from anything. That was all what she dreamt of, where she tried to arrive but never got a chance to. Instead of help people kicked her down and she died.
