How do you enjoy this manga demographic Sup Forums?
I find hard to let it go, even though I hardly find new titles really enjoyable.
Which series are you still reading?

they should fuck off forever from this board
no shitposting here but Sup Forums is a +18 place and if you're over 18 years old and still read this shit for kids then you have a lot of issues
one piece is the only one i still bother to follow
im behind on gintama both anime and manga
One Piece for the more traditional, straightforward battle shonen with adventure
Hunter x Hunter for something more unusual that veers away from expectations
Full stop
I've seen/read 85% of these series & I still consider Hunter x Hunter the best.
The whole manga is great but these arcs are masterpieces. I know it's true.
Well they are tales of young men chasing their dreams and facing adversity.
They tales are meant to inspire, well most of them anyway?
One Piece is the only one I've been faithful to for more than a decade now
I wish I had more cash to finish a lot of series
Well... the fact that I've read every manga in that picture and enjoy them all says something...
Come on man.
It just received an anime, there are threads about it every wednesday.
I don't follow new anime series, especially shonen ones. Thanks for the answer though.
Well all I know is that there's a shonen parody that I really enjoy. So does that mean shonenshit is dead?
kill yourself
battleshounen is the only thing saving this board with it's shit activity rate.
I didn't start reading manga until 5 years ago. Most of those newer titles are genuinely shit.
I'm barely 18. I grew up with Naruto and Bleach.
Air Gear was one of the first manga I've ever read.
Most of the green titles I have only read in the past two years or so.
I really hate this whole "he disagrees with my taste, it must be because of nostalgia".
I can agree with that list except FMA is good and Toriko is shit. I didn't like AssClass that much either.
I've been rereading Shaman King since I never read the new ending or the sequel.
I think SK is a pretty fun read, none of the characters get on my nerves and the MC is a pretty chill dude for a shounen title.
I've read the green ones, my favorite ones are Nanatsu no Taiza, Gintama and HxH
no Ranma, no Dragon Quest, no Animal Land, no Kekkaishi, if you count anime comicalization, no NGE, No TTGL
bad thread
OPs pic doesn't include the 'first' battle shounen
Why.
I stopped reading more modern fighting shounen manga since they all ended up being Dragonball clones with some exceptions, the older ones had much better variety.
Hokuto no Ken is still like the 2nd or 3rd best manga ever, I don't know why people shit on shounen fighters when the best of the subgenre are really good.
You're retarded.
And Ashta no Joe is better as a manga and as trend setter.
Yes, Kinnikuman.
Hence why I said HnK is 2nd or 3rd best, AnJ is undisputed best manga ever.
t. Alberto BarbosaNo, seriously, get better taste, fucking Dragon Ball faggots
HxH is objectively the greatest shounen ever made and you better start reading it.
Kingdom's great. When is 482 coming out so that Shin can finally have his crowning moment of awesome?
Medaka Box is good.
It's good if you drop it before it becomes complete meta-garbage.
I like them. Can only really watch/read a small number of them at once though or else it gets overbearing and dull.
Hokuto no Ken is still like the 2nd or 3rd best manga ever
If you're sixteen, maybe.
Medaka was too convoluted for its own good despite having some good moments.
I read the first volume of HnK and couldn't continue, it feels so fucking simplistic and cheesy. I can only assume people assume the older and more influential a series the better written it is, and the more muscular and manly the Mc the better he is as a character.
I bet you don't even think that Berserk is a masterpiece of character writing, or that delinquents are the best genre, you pleb.
I tend to drop shonenshit for months on end then catch up periodically. Recently caught up on both One Piece and Jojolion. Dropped Bleach entirely, but I'll probably read the rest once it is about to actually end.
Berserk is a masterpiece though, and I love KKOW. Both of those series were better than what I saw of HnK, in fact comparing Berserk to it is insulting. Berserk never lets itself get cheesy.
