The "nuclear" family (aka the core family) consists of only immediate family (husband+wife+children) and is a product of modernity - it stands opposite to the "extended" family (all generations living under one roof, grandparents, parents, aunts uncles, children) and was the product of premodernity and preindustrial civilization.
It has absolutely nothing to do with atomic energy.

Yep if a panel is even 10 % covered by snow you will get only 1% charge rate from said panel. And thats not all.
The whole panel array will not charge properly if 1 panel in the array is covered. You will get around 10% to 15% charge rate per hour if 1 panel is covered.
