I can pick several things.
First, music. Classical music is still played, solid original etudes are still produced, even certain composers completely forgotten ahve recently finally gained some attention and audience (C.V. Alkan for instance whose music is the exact opposiste of 'simplistic' and 'modern'). Besides, some albeit not very numerous metal bands have evolved a very complex style (namely, technical death) and compose what I believe to be the apex of guitar music. It is literally being created now and is very close to classical music in that it is technically, rythmically, melodically complex and requires a lot of concentration to enjoy it.
In terms of philosophy, there is a strong opposition to fucking modernism, mainly represented by cetain philosophes of science. Dunno about right now, but such guys were definitely quite prominent in the 1980s. Actually, the US harbored many sound philosophers of science who hated modernism and postmodernism. And they were all white. And they continue to be influential.
Finally, traditional theater and opera are not dead yet but survive. There is shitty 'avant-garde' theater, yes, but traditional theater has not been supplanted and subdued and still attracts new talent and wide audiences.
