khoisan no longer exist, they've become coloureds. They speak Afrikaans and most hate blacks. If you not in the cape then you've probably not have much contact with them.

Actually, my hisitory may be a bit shaky but, SA was a Dutch Boer colony and the Brits started moving in on them (old sun never sets deal) and that started a local war the Brits won. Seems the place was deserted when the Boers got there. Too temperate for Amos or some such. The Brits beat the Boers and the country is a Brit colony with a Boer underclass.

Add several score of years and the Brit colony became almost a paradise on earth. Blacks start migrating in for menial jobs and to quit living like abos. Black communities are ghettos, world commies see opportunity to shame whites in the '60s. "End Apartheid Now". Mandela. End of story. Brit whites leave. Bore whites have no where to go.

Not sure if there is a recent wave of immigration, but I've met heaps of Afrikaners this year in particular. Some students, some work. All plan on trying to get permanent residency and eventually citizenship here.
