Well, the only thing that would explain it would be if morning star was one of the wordings for God, which I've never met before cause it already means basically Satan and has never been confused. The two verses are from the Exsultet, AKA the praeconium paschale, an incredibly old hymn (about 1500 years old) sung at the beginning of the easter mass vigil since the middle ages. It is used also by the anglican and some luteran churches, so catholics did invented it, but Pope Francis didn't do shit.

As for the meaning, the video is wrong as fuck, everybody with a basic understanding of latin can see this, for everyone else:

Now let's clear something else LUCIFER DOES NOT MEAN LIGHT BRINGER, contrary to what everybody say. That would be Luciferarius.
Lucifer is simply the old latin name for the planet venus, because it is the brightest of the sky and the first to appear when the sun sets and the last to fade when the sun rises, this is why it is translated with Morning star. The word lucifer is used also in the old testament to refer to Satan, the fallen angel (thou i know a good number of exorcists that say that lucifer and satan are in fact different entities, but this is not magisterium), but because this was the name of the angel BEFORE his fall. In the new testament the word is ONLY USED to refer to the star, OR, in some cases, to Jesus, because of His similar role in the beginning of a new era for mankind, he was the first in everyting, as Paul says in 1 Colossians 1.
So, CHILL THE FUCK OUT, we catholic are not luciferist, we are simply coherent with the terminology of the new testament.

I found this translation. I will never trust vatican though, they don't act according to God's word, they support Islam flooding Europe ignoring that for muslims its a holy war on people of europe, and you don't hear about the pedophilia problem anymore even though it wasn't concluded. I'm sure they sold out but I don't think they would praise Satan in plain sight. I'm going to stick with the bible, and I don't think Polish Church has sold out, at least not entirely.
