There's no real evidence there were any passengers on whatever it was that crashed in Pennsylvania. This photo is what it looks like when a passenger plane with real human beings aboard crashes. Compare this to the nothing in the field in Shanksville.
Flight 93 may have been shot down, but it might also have suffered a mechanical failure and crashed on its own.
Or those two theories might converge, because as I said before the absolute highest priority of 9/11 was that the scam not be discovered. As a former avionics technician, I can assure you it's really easy to take down a plane even if it's being controlled.
It's not retard proof like a car is, there are circuit breakers everywhere, and physical overrides all over the place to be used strictly in the event that the electrical systems fail.
Even if they couldn't figure that out, all they'd have to do is to take the hatch down into the electronics bay and start unplugging shit.
