Probably a check on investigation in case they decide to "discover," any new evidence. My theory is that Mueller's investigation is to keep Trump in line in case session's plans on going after any political crimes of the last 8 years. This and the Dossier are the last 2 bits or "Russian interference" left. They've already called out RT propaganda.. not sure what else is left.

They more or less acknowledge nothing is going to happen. They have solid proof the whole Guccifer DNC hack was based on total garbage and fraud investigation, but they know odds are stacked against them.
Trump/Sessions know. They've been consumed by the swamp or just struggling to stave alive as of this moment.
Mueller is absolutely not our guy. He was sent in by the deep state to keep a check on Trump by finding any bogus crap they could pin him on so Trump doesn't fight Russia too much.
They will win in the short term. Trump/DoJ won't charge the US fucking Intelligence of the most massive coverup in history, but Trump's eyes are on the long term goal of reforming Republican party from within and voting the RINOs out.
