Time repeat sounds pretty shit to be honest. It's powerful, sure, but you'd have to have good control over it to be useful.
Bad control and you could end up repeating the same few hours of buried alive.
Or just simply in a situation that cannot be won, like you vs a 1000 strong army.

How about having a high degree of control over your brain, so you could shut off any pain you feel, or willingly make yourself happy, or just arouse yourself more than everyone else could just for the kicks? (I'm sure this can't be done in reality, but this is anime, nobody is going to look for realism in it)

Just making human much bigger/smaller would be deadly, thanks to changed volume to surface ratio and biology being a bitch, but lets ignore it.

With smaller size you would be much more prone to damage, not to mention you would be struggling due to lessened strength. Cats and dogs would be a grave danger, as a certain goddess can attest. Especially since tiny human would be very weak compared to animals with similar size.
Good to fit in tight places or remain unnoticed, but not much else. You would want to get back to your normal size as soon as possible.
Also you could become a human dildo if that strikes your fancy.

Making yourself bigger might be quite useful to a certain degree (yay, STR boosts), but again - your mass would be proportional to size^3, while area of cross section of your legs would be proportional to size^2. You would probably collapse at some point.

I doubt it, because GER is so utterly broken that nothing would have stopped Giorno from making Pucci join Diavolo in dieing over and over again. He would have a reason to do it (can't be a mafia boss when the universe is going nuts) and probably the capacity as well.
