I guarantee you, if Trump said "All you fatasses out there, don't be so yuge", you'd see obesity rates go down. This should apply to all products sold on free markets. Informed customers can then decide whether they want to risk it or not. Markets can only be truly free if the parties involved are truly informed about the transactions they're taking part in.

I am not too sure about in the UK but for example in America they have lobbyists with alot of power and quite relaxed laws in relation to food compared to us.
