The Weimar republic in Germany or the years of lead in Italy. Except everyone is a pussy ass millennial and lacks the balls to start killing people. So we are eternally stuck in this strange limbo where nothing really changes.
Migration-period Rome
Europe-fall of Rome, USA-the decline of the roman republic.
What's with the picture btw? Its says roman attack but look more like macedonians or greeks, not romans.
this paesano couldn't have said it better
the guy's wearing a lion helmet and a scaled linothorax, that's probably alexander the great
Macedonians sack Thebes
true
If America is in the decline of the roman republic, then we're soon to become the roman empire correct?
Am nostradamus but here is my reasoning.
Rome-the established ruling class(senate) power declines.
Usa- lefties are dissatisfied with democrats, the right calls the gop cuckservatives.
Rome- rise of "strong leaders" that opose the senate
USA- both Trump and Obama have huge personality cults and both suposedly fight the establishment.
Rome people of the opposing political fictions fight in the streets.
Usa- you are here.
If the analogy continue next woud be someone bringing the legions (national guard, army) in to restore the order and take power in his hands.
The Pelloponnesian War.
I picture pericles as a bernie sanders type character
Migration Period or end of Bronze Age in 1200 BC with invasion of Sea Peoples.
Pericles would shit all over Bernie and denounce him as the fraudulent kike that he is. There is no comparison.
>Pelloponnesian War.
WW 1 was more like Pelloponnesian War -- conflict inside the same civilization. Now we face global invasion, closer to Persian Wars..
NERO times ,just when he becames Emperor
Pericles was strong and inteligent ruler not some cuck who allows himself to be trashed by group of black woman durning speech.
Upper Paleolithic transition to agriculture.
i think eventually the killing will start..it took 100s of years for rome to decline to the level where shit hit the fan
>next would be someone bringing in the legions
Please be Mattis, Please be Mattis, Please be Mattis, Please be Mattis....
That's Alexander sacking thebes.
Fuck you. Pericles wasn't a commie. He was a intelligent and unifying leader. He wasn't prepared for war, but he saw Athens through and truly loved his people. He wouldn't shit all over his supporters like Bernie did.
