What's the rationale behind the Jewish conspiracy theory?

What motive do they have to do any of that?
I know le holocaust happened, but since then Germany has become one of Israel's greatest allies USA, Canada, Australia and most of Europe support Israel as well
Rabbis are currently calling for jews to retreat to Israel, saying it's no longer safe in countries with large amounts of refugees
So I don't understand where the motives are for any of this?
Perhaps I'm biased because I know a few jews irl, and they seem completely integrated in society
