My ideal ethnostate:
-NatSoc economics.
-Constitutional laws that prohibit miscegenation as well as banning non-whites from entering, with possibly the sole exception of temporary work-related visas. They'd have to be strictly monitored though.
-In terms of social laws, in the beginning I'd ban abortion since we'll be a small population and will desperately need to build ourselves up. Generations later we could reintroduce it once we've stabilized.
-Freedom of speech, religion, all that. The only limit would be a ban on anti-white/pro-shitskin ideology.
-Structurally it would be a parliamentary system, with monetary donations completely banned.
-Mandatory service in the military for men, mandatory civil service for women. It'll help people become closer to the state.

I've looked into this quite thoroughly. I'm not going to give out the exacting details because I actually plan to do this, and telling people ahead of time makes it much more likely to fail.
You start in the US. You need guns. You'll have gun problems in all other countries. Also, obviously everyone here speaks english and most are american citizens.
You want a state that isn't completely cucked. Basically any state that is still a blue state is out of the question. You also want a state that has "home rule".
In that state you want a county with a low population. In that county you want there to be a school district with a low population. Also in that county you want a township with a low population. You will then form a new city/village so you have as much autonomy in your municipality as possible.
Then you need to either buy out a ghost town, or create initial cheap housing (manufactured homes). Labor is the greatest expense in building. Get lots of able bodied young men to do that labor.
If you need to build your own infrastructure new techonology allows for smaller scales than before. There are containerized wastewater treatment plants (literally the size of shipping containers), and containerized water filtration plants.
To exist in the US you have to pay taxes. If you have the majority votes in your municipality (you should, you formed it), and your school district, and your county, you will control 90% of your property taxes. Everyone should be paid the minimum wage at 40 hours a week. The Earned Income Credit will mean you pay nothing or rake in gibs. A C-corp should own all property and do it's best to find infrastructure expenditures the count as "expenses". Sales tax can be mitigated by making as many things a service as possible. You will pay sales tax on this service, but the C-corp will be breaking even or losing money providing furnished residences and food catering, ect.
