It will make you feel good as shit and extremely confident but you immediately start chasing the dragon you will never get that first high off it again unless you mainline but even then it's diminishing returns if you have problems with depression or schizo avoid it like the plague.

if you chew the leaves it's about the same as coffee or tea, the powder is a crap shoot but even if you're getting the good shit out of a bottle that says pfizer on it you will see certain health risks become apparent almost immediately

Coke is great, the biggest risk is that because of it's subtle, sublime high, there is a tendency to want to use it more frequently, hence addiction problems.
You're also fiddling with your dopamine pathway which is a recipe for disaster. You are conditioning your brain to experience success by taking cocaine, rather than through pursuits that will actually improve your life. Not similar to porn/gaming addiction in that regard.
Very fun in moderation especially combined with booze and sex. The booze and coke work in harmony because you can fine-tune a nice balance of the two - so you don't get too drunk or too stimmy.
Also bear in mind it's a DRI and not a releaser so you actually have to be doing something that releases dopamine in the first place, in order to get the best effects.

Cocaine sucks. I got $30 last week and it was weak, but very numbing. I prefer Crystal Meth. $20 worth will last me and my girlfriend a nice 6 hour long sex session. Fuck Cocaine. Nothing beats Meth.

There are no pros, I'm an actual addict that has been to rehab and has to go to nA meetings, addicted to lots of shit, including cocaine.
Ritalin or modafinil are "better". Once you start doing cocaine every 20 minutes everyday all day for months there is no turning back.
Cons are stimulant psychosis, high blood pressure, fucked up heart, higher risk of stroke and heart attack, constant paranoia, the list goes on.

Mang, I did keyshot after keyshot of Coke and got annoyed by the numbness. Yes, there was a jolt, but nothing like Meth. After I finished the $30 of Yayo, the next day I didn't crave shit.
