The goal of national socialism is to create a people's community - a community composed entirely of one people, with institutions designed to further the mutual success of all of them, where every individual trusts and respects every other individual and the collective as a whole, doing all they can to support each other. All of this shall be done in the most efficient manner possible, so as to further the prosperity of the people.
Obviously, ethnic cleansings are required to make it work, anything less is madness. But it's much more than that - we must create proactive institutions to enable cooperation, such as labor boards where workers and bourgeoise have their issues arbitrated by a neutral third party (the state) with the intention of reaching a mutually beneficial outcome. There must be a one-party system. Both of these would be done to eliminate class and party warfare, and to ensure the total unity of the Volk.

Just a bit of a semantic error here - National socialism is designed to benefit every class, every group. It is not rule of the majority or the minority, it is the rule of all social classes contributing equally and recieving equally.
Unless you're referring to the white majority, in which case that should be the only group we're concerned with. In fact, after a decade of our rule there would probably be no nonwhites left in America (deportations, forcing onto reservations which will inevitably lower their birthrates, NOT GENOCIDE), and such should be our aim.
