Battle harem/love dodecahedron which suddenly kills off the entire cast, except for the loli. Loli uses heart transplant to absorb everyone, which enables her to allow them to temporarily possess her body one at a time, granting their abilities. They must make use of strategies involving all of their abilities in order to win their battles, but since only one of them can act at a time via bodily possession, team coordination and quick reactions are paramount.

The power to use the abilities of Glaistig.
"The glaistig is an ambivalent being that appears in legend as both a malign and benevolent and malevolent towards humans. In one aspect she even takes the role of the Banshee, wailing at the death of important people, luring men to her lair via either song or dance, where she would then drink their blood, or throwing stones and leading travellers astray from their paths. In her gentler role she was seen as a mischievous friend to children and elderly, and in older stories she was even trusted to play with children while their mothers were milking the cows."
The anime would start out with me guarding cows and fucking with travelers until the one eyed dude from Mushi-shi shows up. I then kill him and drink his blood because fuck that guy.

The trick would be to give no indication that the loli is going to be the main character, or even a relevant one at all. Play off the first couple of episodes as a light-hearted and generic battle harem, and then have a completely unforeseen and extremely violent slaughter. There could be a balance between comedic and dramatic character interactions among the main cast, but the conflict against their enemies should seem particularly grim rather than "love and justice prevail."
Also, entertain the possibility that the loli may have just absorbed the powers of the other characters rather than their hearts as a whole, and that their personalities are just projections of her memories of them; she was driven to schizophrenia from the trauma of watching all of her loved ones massacred before her eyes. But make no confirmation or denial either way.
A boy falls in love with a girl.
Unable to confess, he is gifted with by a deus ex machina with the girl’s phone number. Never minding the strange area code, he immediately calls her, and is overjoyed to find out that she has a crush on him as well.
But, the next day, when he recounts the previous day’s confessions to the girl, she only looks at him with a perplexed expression. After some investigation, he finds out that the girl he called is not the same girl he fell in love with. In fact, she doesn’t exist in this universe at all. She is the girl’s alternate universe counterpart, who has fallen in love with the MC’s own AU self, who too is blissfully unaware of her crush.
Hijinks ensue as the two strike up a deal to give each other their darkest, most private secrets in order to equip the other with the weapons they need to conquer the heart of their other selves. While the two chase their respective loved ones, DRAMA ensues as they begin to fall in love with each other instead and question the NATURE of LOVE.

Black ops unit tasked with operating a highly secret experimental weapon, capable of applying a pulse of directed energy through space itself, bypassing any matter. Despite its potency and applications, it's still not enough to turn the tide of the war. The series is presented a somewhat military slice-of-life manner, focusing on interactions among the task force and dealing with logistics and survival in enemy territory. Major action sequences are usually background events, as the weapon is deployed away from combat, as it is more effective against strategic assets. No glorious heroics or accomplishments, just soldiers following orders and trying to make the most of their lives at war.
>Charity Manipulation
>The power to make other people want to help you
Okay, so our cute MC has a charm that makes other people be nice to her. She's looking for someone, her brother let's say, who disappeared in a distant warzone.
So she can basically bum around the whole way, relying on others for food and shelter. It's not immediately apparent that something is off. It's only when you see how her benefactors react to other desperate people that you get a sense for what her powers are doing. She can choose to help these people, but is afraid of pushing her luck, and she's maybe not the most charitable person herself, at the start.
So she thinks her brothers been impressed into the army, so she starts poking around basecamp asking questions. Someone high ranking and far away (out of range of her charm) fingers her as an obvious spy, and she gets thrown in army prison. Within the hour she got someone to let her out by asking nicely. She immediately gets herself caught again, this time by a handsome army captain, who demands to know how she broke out.
[cont]
He interrogates her, doesn't believe her when she says how far she's come without supplies. Nevertheless, he's about to let her go, when the spymaster walks in. The captain rises to defend her, only to find that on second thought, the spymaster does NOT want to torture her. But now the captain knows something is REALLY wrong. How is she getting away with this? They start suspecting something mystical, and eventually suggest something absurd, turning her into a spy for their side. Scared, she forcefully says, no thank you, and gets them to put in an official inquiry into her brothers whereabouts.
She leaves before she gets caught again, and finds herself, at a refugee camp, where they have literally nothing to give her. She has to tough it out for the night. They tell her stories, horrible stories. And this is the truth she's been avoiding. It would be really really bad if the army lost. Would she be fine? Probably. But all the other people, the people she's been exploiting, are desperate for a reason.
But could she really do it? Be the spy, brute force her way into the enemy base, and steal the secret weapon? How far could her powers really go? Is she brave enough? Smooth enough? I have no idea, I'm not thinking that far ahead.
So is the plot twist going to be that the nii-san defected to the enemy and was working on the secret weapon, was forced to do just that against his will, or simply KIA?
You know what, I'm getting a Code Geass vibe from this, particularly if Nunally got a geass instead of Lulu.

MC once wished for unlimited power by paying the half of the multiverse into the thing they called "The Devil's Deal". He recreated the multiverse into the image he wants but split himself into two and sealed his divine self leaving only his other half the ability materialize anything that exists. All of those that is aware of what he has done start chasing him to either kill him or use him for their own agenda
At time of posting, I had no idea who the brother was, where he was, or what he was doing when he went missing. Still don't, but an enemy work camp does sound like a pretty logical place to put him, for the plot.
Yeah, CC's love geass was the first thing that came to mind, reading the power description on the wiki. Hopefully it's not too similar.

Still would watch.
I think it'd probably actually be a bigger plot twist to have him unceremoniously show up after him and the remnants of his unit are rescued-- not captured or anything, just MIA and attempting to survive out in a camp in the wilderness, simply because most viewers would expect him to be among the enemy.
>Defense Break

The anime starts with MC confessing his love to the best girl and they start planning their future together. But many girls aren't enthusiastic about that happy ending as they lost the harem war. Some decided to move on, and while I'm aware I was just one of the many datable options I refused to give up, rubbed Otaku Genie's lamp and asked him to give me my true love. I'm given the the ability to reverse choices and remove romance options and other possibilities for the MC. But there is one condition. The genie is tsundere fanboy and makes me give up some of my own choices for my special ability. I have to act tsun tsun towards the MC all the time. Will I be able to win and become the best girl with that handicap?

>powerlisting.wikia.com
MC is a 18 year old fresh out of high-school, struggling to find how calling when he gets into an accident and (here's the twist) one of his friends turns out to be able to manipulate pretty much anything and is basically god like.
MC and friends start fucking around with their friend's new-found power and a couple episodes of slice-of-life hijinks happen.
ep.4: MC and friends are doing whatever the fuck they want, when one of the friends decides to push OP-kun infront of a speeding train. OP-kun, in his panic and not knowing the boundary of his powers, curls up in fear as his friends watch the train, along with everyone in it, gets ripped to shreds before them, killing hundreds.
MC panics and runs the fuck off, hiding in his room for a couple days. Cue depression arc.
Nobody's seen OP-kun for weeks. Friends finally manage to get MC out of his room, and together they try to deal with what they witnessed.
Timeskip a couple years ahead. MC has a somewhat stable job as a small store manager.
Friends mostly broke up and stopped seeing eachother, but MC still hangs out, and became good friends, with that one girl that had a crush on OP-kun.
One day, after having been gone for years, OP-kun suddenly shows up at the store, along with a few of the old friends. He tells MC he's been quietly testing and training his powers, to avoid accidental tragedy again.
OP-kun wants to take over the world and force peace and prosperity, and wants MC and friends to help be his counsel and whatnot.
MC, OP-kun and friends all take over the world successfully and start ruling it. But not everyone is happy with their new overlord, and rebel against this false god-conqueror who, in their eyes, just enslaved humanity.
OP-kun eventually gets sick of these people and starts killing them like ants.
MC, horrified, starts an underground resistance plotting to kill OP-kun.
