I really hope they'll adapt the the first 6 chapters(possibly adding some new scenes) and end the movie on Shoya and Shouko meeting again for the first time in 5 years.

I need to reread this but I don't remember a good point to end the movie other than the first chapter of volume 2, unless they want to end it on a cliff hanger but I think that's too risky, there's no guaranty this will do well.
