I'm drunk, which means its time to post risky shit on Sup Forums.
When a man gets into a fight with another man, he is untrained and sloppy, incapable of doing much other than wailing his fists and hoping for the best. In a game of persuasion, the situation is the same. The untrained persuader is capable of only stating his beliefs and is at the mercy of the opinion of his audience. The vast majority of the time, unless his target agrees with him already, the persuader gets his shit kicked in and causes a boomerang effect, reinforcing the opposing belief structure of the target. It's the same thing as throwing a punch without even knowing footwork or keeping your guard up. Its a disaster. This is why Shills suck so bad.
With NLP, you become trained, like a UCF martial artist, and learn how to become an effective fighter in the game of minds. NLP is a misnomer and a red herring however, because there is nothing "neuro-linguistic" about NLP. The mystique of what NLP is, is actually a trade secret among those who know it. It is a rare and dying art. Everyone who practices NLP are either religious preachers or highly-skilled salesmen. Furthermore, most people utilize NLP by teaching people about NLP as a means to control people with NLP, like Scott Adams or Tony Robbins. Simply explaining NLP is a form of control in itself.
How do you learn NLP? You don't motherfuckers. Communication departments in universities teach pedagogy, not persuasion, and so you either have to teach yourself or be taught by someone who taught it himself. It's easier to learn how to be an assassin then it is to learn how to change someone's mind, simply because there are far more hitmen in this world than NLPers.
I'm giving you the opportunity to ask questions about how to be an effective persuader. However, I will only answer questions which I feel like answering, and you must copy paste this phrase in your response.
>I'm giving you a night call to tell you how I feel >I want to drive you through the night, down the hills >I'm gonna tell you something you don't want to hear >I'm gonna show you where it's dark, but have no fear
Because this is exactly how NLP works. So copy and paste those lyrics, or remain in the dark.
When you understand how human persuasion works, you get Teflon coating. Meaning you can make any truth, no matter how bad or controversial, into something persuadable. I never have to lie to persuade people, as lying is a low-skill strategy designed for people who don't know how to persuade. I can openly state the truth, without fear, and get people to believe in it simply by utilizing the 50+ factors that a human mind needs.
For Sup Forums, I need to emphasize the lesson of "power level." In the next post, I'm going to explain how "power levels" work.

>discretion
One of the most important things you can learn, as someone who is in the fringe, is how "power levels" work. But in reality, you should call this "Discretion" because the difference between an amateur persuasion and an intermediate persuader is knowing Discretion.

You see, most human minds are only capable of accepting thoughts or ideas that are within a framework of their own minds. If you go too far outside of someone's framework, the subject "shutsdown" and no longer listens to his audience because it is too far outside of their framework. Rather, you need to understand that persuasive people know the limits of their targets and communicate with them what is acceptable at any given time. Beliefs that challenge the subject's belief too much effectively fail, causing the boomerang effect leading to the subject to no longer believe in the statement all together. If you bend a person's beliefs slowly, and carefully, you can effectively change their minds gradually across times. But if you put too much pressure and challenge their beliefs too greatly, the subject will tense up and reject all information, causing the subject to instead retract their beliefs and adopt the opposite view points. Which is why you must, as a successful NLPer, make sure to slowly and carefully explain your views to someone else before attempting to shift someone over to a radical position. If you are careless with your "power level" you will only create a boomerang effect and cause the subject to shut down and stop listening, which is the opposite of what you want as a persuader. I have a 90% success rate because I can instantly recognize what the limits of someone's belief structure is, and then utilize a gradual bending to get the subject to believe what I want him to believe, through the process of NLP. People wonder how and why I can be so persuasive, but it's only because I'm acutely aware of my power level, which means that I tell them the truth, but only the truth level that they are capable of understanding at any given time. If I go to far and challenge someone's worldview too much, the subject will effectively break rapport and the boomerang effect will occur. which is why I have to give them truth in levels thatthey candigest.

Let's start out by examining how you took two posts to grandstand and present zero evidence that you know anything worth knowing. We call this overconfidence. Your request for lyrics comes from your ability to get a power trip at the smallest occasion. What does this say about your ability to persuade?
Blake Gonzalez
Is it neckbeard in here, or is it just me?
Matthew Jones
You can't even persuade anyone to give a shit about what your posting
Landon Wilson
You clearly give a shit, because if you didn't you wouldn't bother posting.
Aaron Hughes
Lazy post impress us or leave I read through your previous posts already and you've given me nothing
Isaac Garcia
Because you haven't asked anything. I'm drunk, go ahead and ask. Tell me something that is difficult about your world in reach others, and I'd be happy to answer. Just as long as you take the chance to copypasta the lyrics.
