Not much. FISA warrant are signed off by justice department. his original tap was before he came on board the campaign. he was involved in Ukraine dealings and when the JD/FBI/intel came back around when he was in Trump's camp they went back and renewed the warrant.

Because a FISA warrant is done via FISA court/DOJ/AG. President is not in the chain of command for FISA issuance. He does have plausible deniability.
