Mandatory insurance is the way to go with strong control over the corporate fuckery that goes on in the states (with only certain hospitals being covered and completely opaque health care bills etc). Look at Singapore as an example that seems to work.

I don't know about you, but I've never once had a problem with seeing a doctor. if you go to emergency, and it's not a life or death situation, you do have to wait but most people get family doctors with appointments for those situations. we incentive people to get family doctors for that reason. so if your not a retard, the system much better for lower class/lower middle class than it does for Americans. If you insist on it, you can always pay for a private clinic
