I think part of the reason the question is usually 'how do we fix women' is that they are more impressionable (so you can actually make them do things) and that they are effectively the gate keepers for sex, so if you can convince them not to be whores, that has the flow on effect of convincing men to behave differently as well (if there aren't loosies at the pub on a friday night, you might think about finding a girlfriend instead of obsessively flicking through tindr).
You aren't convincing men not to chase something that's biologically programmed into them as easy as you can convince women to not sleep with every second bloke they meet. Most women just sleep about because they are lonely and there's a bit of peer pressure to hook up, but they aren't as desperate to get their end away as blokes are.
