Best Neptunia characters are kind of stupid, because the series revels in idiocy.
But she is hardly perfect, too many problems in V were solved by "throw Plutia's CPU form at it!"
And the personality switch got kinda old quickly.

What annoys me about Plutia is that she is too perfect. Everybody was scared of her, everyone doesn't want to stand up to her. I just wanted somebody to stand up to Iris Heart and shut her up.

She's too powerful (as powerful as Neptune, who is the most powerful goddess according to herself) and her personality intimidates everyone. How can you expect someone to stand up to her? Arfoire tried and she got mindbroken.

Plutia is strong as all fuck, has a somewhat unstable personality and prone to whipping you into her bitch if she gets sufficiently pissed.

To put it simply, she's Kirito of neptunia, and sadly CH didn't learn their lesson and she's still like that in Nep vs Seha, only Megadrive doesn't immediatly wet herself at the sight of Iris

There are people calling her a boring Mary Sue because nobody wants to try. Plus if I remember correctly I think she's one of the most hated CPUs in the series.

Nepgear is easily the worst girl in the series. She single-handedly ruined the second game.
And I don't mean the hurr-durr murder route. No, she's way too down-to-earth to make amusing protagonist in this series. She had party full of idiots and lesbians, but still manages to make most of story and scenes into FRIENDSHIP AND TRUST.
Yeah, they managed to make her squareness into a joke with later games, but in Mk.2 she was unironically plain.
