Why are divorce laws so much in favor of women?

Why are divorce laws so much in favor of women?

sexism
they assume women are incapable of surviving on their own

It started off with showing sympathy to women who have to divorce their abusive/cheating husband and take care of their kids on their own without even a real job but then they got equal pay and better employment opportunities so now it's just about making men not want to get married because women can actually profit off of divorce instead of subsist.

Probably Jews

Because women are like children and can't do anything without a man.

This. Laws started when women were housewives/stay at home mothers. They didn't get careers to financially provide for their families so if her husband cheated on or abused her and she could divorce him he was made to pay for her and the kids since he took the vow to do so when he married her and then left her in the position unable to do so herself. These days a lot of women have careers and work alongside having kids yet still act entitled as if they were in the same situation as a woman who gave up her chance of job/career to raise the kids and they fuck the whole system up.

The lawyers get a bigger cut.

Who is that semen demon

because children
or feelings
or some shit idk

How have you not heard of Meltyfate?

Money. The more women win, the more the government and their lawyers get.

Because children.

Apparently not.

He didn't ask if you did he asked how you didn't

If he didn't hear about her then he did the opposite of hearing about her. How is that so hard to understand you cuck?

To punish men stupid enough to get married when there's literally no reason to.

They were constructed in a time when men did not spend as much time with their families and were the major bread winners in a household.

Because we allow it to happen. We put a man on the fucking moon, we can figure out a way to turn the tables.

You know why divorces cost so much?
Because they're worth it

because they are a feminist invention

They have actually started reigning the in a bit in some states. I know Texas has reformed them quite a bit.
But by and large, if you get married and the chick walks, she likely will hit the hoe lottery.
