If it's a filet o' fish it's quite understandable due to the process which they are made. It really depends on what you call a low stress atmosphere, it also really depends at what kind of McDonalds you work. If every saturday evening the restaurant is completely full and your restaurant can't handle the capacity due to there being no more room left for more employees it isn't low stress. But from a management standpoint I can see why it seems really fun, but as a normal employee it just plain sucks.

We get 100 fat lards ordering at once, we're expected to get them all out in time so that you lards don't go into cardiac arrents from not receiving your daily portion of animal fat, and all the meanwhile managers are yelling at you to go faster and if you dare to fuck up once we'll have more reason to fire you.
