my dad and uncle joined the JNA,they were in Vinkovnici,Vukovar and some other smaller towns and villages in Croatia,one time they captured a dam from Croats but they didn't hold it long because they were too far from the JNA and coudn't get any help from them and my dad and this other guy were the last one to leave they both got their own truck and started driving to the nearest JNA check point but the guy in front of my dad drove right into a land mine and him and his truck exploded,after that he was couple of more weeks in Croatia and after that JNA had to retreat back to Serbia thanks to NATO but my dad and uncle just joined the RS army in Bosnia where he stayed in Banja Luka and were fighting in Northen Bosnia and little bit of Western and Eastern side aswell.
