Youjo Senki LN

Chapter 3 is up and running

skythewood.blogspot.nl/2016/05/Y12.html

I dislike having timely translations. Licensing when?

I'd almost would want that just so i can feel the pure horror their translators feel when they see the size of those novels

They wouldn't hire some fag to translate these because of their difficulty level.
Which also makes it nearly impossible to be licensed, just like Horizon - which might not be on the same difficulty level, but the sheer size of them is another matter.

Thanks OP

Oh happy day, Deathgod translations finished, Hero-chan's novel got picked up and now this.

>In a manga I read in the past, a member of an infamous crime syndicate said that a secret makes a woman more beautiful, but that is definitely a lie.

Tanya read Conan in her past life?

Did they ever go over chapter 2 and edit it after releasing the not yet finalized version?

They licensed Overlord, which is one of their harder to translate novels to date though it probably pales compared to Youjo.

I heard from somewhere that translating Konosuba is grade school level. translating Overlord is High School level, then finally translating Youjo Senki is like writing a graduation thesis in university

>this is still vol.1
when more think about it, more sure that the incoming adaptation would be an ulttery and irremediable mess

>private Serbiakof a cute, CUTE

>graduation thesis in university
With a whole lot of bullshit?

The manga adaptation seems decent so far

Chapter 2 when?

I'm refer to the anime one

If it even remotely captures the style of the manga it might not be shit

Avert's translation is kinda shit. First person, bad grammar, poor flow. Why didnt he just let the same guy that did Death God do it?
He's even doing the WN, and apparently there's a lot of changes between wn and ln.

>reading the 3rd chapter
>Tanya is basically Gods' favourite guinea pig
>meanwhile other warring nations is wondering why God has abandoned them

Manga translation fucking where?

/ak/ did 1 and the 2 raw is out but not translated yet

I thought the premise was pretty dumb but actually reading this chapter it was surprisingly interesting. I don't have much faith in an anime adaptation to get it across. When is that supposed to happen anyway?

Thanks to whoever translated this.

Dumping chapter two, (again?), if only to make sure it was dumped.

I-I'm scared. These are too fucking big. There doubt there is anyone in the publishing industry wanting to translate this phone book with the vocabulary of a dictionary.

...

They get even bigger

...

...

A-are they phone books or gargantuan phone books?

...

So tiny

...

...

...

I don't have the picture that compered their sizes but if I remember correctly vol.1 is on of the smallest ones

...

...

It looks like Tanya's left arm was almost blown off and barely hanging together and a chunk of her torso being blown off and part of her intestines is showing

That's one hell of a healing magic to completely heal her

I don't get how I spoilered that, but ok.

>Licensing when?
They'll opt for the manga.

...

...

...

>then finally translating Youjo Senki is like writing a graduation thesis in university
It's prolly Pynchon writing under a psuedonym.

I'm honestly interested in how they'd handle a release of YS or Horizon, considering both the translation effort and the sheer size of the books. I wonder how long it would take them to catch up.

...

...

...

>Light Novel.

...

...

Which is why they should never do it.

...

You mean a fucking dictionary.

>AMD: 200% more cores must mean 200% more performance!

...

>Praising God to stop the AMD GPU from setting the house on fire

...

...

...

Tanya is like super cute!

...

Why doesn't someone translate the manga instead?

...

...

The first chapter is translated.

It's crazy she lived. Maybe god willed it.

I'll google it. Thanks.

I think that that was all gents. Good night.
