Even though i really liked 3.33 i am still disappointed of the Time jump, everything that happened between 2.22 and 3.33 looks more interesting than the 3 movies combined. Why was it cut? I really hope it is not cut completely but are gonna get used in 4 instead.
I would also have no problem with another movie filling in the gaps.
Christopher Cook
bumping for making a decent reply possible without 404
Isaac Gray
>everything that happened between 2.22 and 3.33 looks more interesting than the 3 movies combined which may the reason why they cut it: so anno does not even need to hit expectations, because of the "time skip" which bothered me at least as much as well, but that is still no excuse, I know.
4 is probably going to be the reveal of the story repeating itself already, with a new end.of.ebangelio.esque last part of the movie again, or at least I hope so.
Chase Sullivan
> implying Anno knew what to do in each of the Rebuilds before making them
Dominic Powell
I'm not eager to see the story take a step backwards at all.
If 3.0 is supposed to be the ending you may as well pull the trigger on Rebuild right now.
Isaac Lopez
I want to know it too I hope 3.0+1.0 get relased soon i wonder how anno will skullfuck his fans this time if its the end of the rebuild
Asher Thompson
> 3.0 simple but powerful ending becomes true ending > 4.0 does not feature Shinji *at all* > it is explained why everything he does in 3.0 is wrong > Mari becomes a real character
Just what you'd expect from rusemaster Anno.
Dominic Peterson
The only problem with the events between 2.22 and 3.33 is that Shinji wouldn't be in it at all and the story has always been about him.
Brody Wright
Q didn't collect this, she doesn't know anything about her original. Nobody else at NERV did it, Rei's identity isn't anything to them. Unless there's a previous clone who was way into discovering her heritage, these are things only Shinji would care about.
Liam Sanders
>Even though i really liked 3.33
You're cancer.
Levi Carter
3.33 is intended to disgrace Rei, so whatever you posted doesn't have any real meaning.
Adam Ward
People don't remember the 1.01 next-time preview which had shit like this in it, which equally didn't appear in the next movie.
After two movies where everything revolves around Anno's self-insert, you seriously think he'd do that?
Angel Richardson
>you will never see based gendo and fuyutsuki going full mad max
Jace Nelson
>equally No, it had things that appeared. Not only that, it also your picture related happened in a slightly different setting.
So fuck your idiocy.
Justin Miller
I think ReiQ is a whole lot more interesting than the cliche poka Rei of the previous two movies. I hope they stick with her.
Ryder Davis
There's more than a slight difference between standing admiring the scenery in Tokyo-3 on a fine morning and being caught out in the open during something like EoE.
Jayden Davis
Try watching everything blowing up at the NERV base.
Ian Diaz
The preview was made at a time where the plot/backgrounds/etc were unfinished. However, the scene composition and idea remains, which is entirely acceptable. The scene where Mari looks upwards towards an explosion exists at the beginning of 2.0.
Not only that, we've got in the previews for 2.0 and 3.0 spoken plot descriptions.
3.0 doesn't care about that, but 2.0 did.
Stop defending 3.0's bullshit you cock-knob.
Xavier Flores
Why are you so upset?
Jose Hughes
I liked 3.0 too honestly. There's a lot of shitty stuff, like the Eva-02 Kai Beast mode or the curse of the Eva, but it wasn't as bad as people say it is. I can't say I didn't enjoy it. Mostly because of the new hooks the setting was placing I guess - Rei's head, or the results of the Near Third Impact, it intrigued the hell out of me. Maybe it looks rough because it is more of a transitional part of the story, and not much happens, relatively speaking.
Elijah Myers
Because you're an idiot.
Elijah Campbell
Maybe because you have less than 70 in IQ.
This "intrigue" is shallow and empty, and you're being a fucking faggot for pretending it's even remotely interesting and not insultingly bad.
