My idea is to build a settlement the likes of Burning Man festival, only without hippies and niggers and designed to be permanent.
It's easy to set up, organize and maintain. It's also easy to expand if needed.
Some ideas, in no particular order:
-Off-grid living as a mid-term goal. It shouldn't be inforced, but we must understand that the jews control most retail/industries today. Learning to live in frugality is necessary for self-sustainance.
-Radical self-reliance. We cannot depend on a system designed to humiliate and destroy us. All houses should have enough area to produce food, be it veggies or fruit. We should build an Energy Bank (I like to call it Thor's Vault) to store energy produced by mandatory(?) solar panels or wind turbines. Houses must also have water collecting and filtering systems.
-Community-centered design. Dwellings should be modular, hold a family of five with dignity. They should also have a 'blank' room to modify as needed. It could become another living room, a workshop, a store, a service parlor or just a storage.
-The Ivory Tower/White Glory Hall. At the center of the settlement, we should have a facility dedicated to intelectual/administrative activities. It should hold a museum of white history and achievements. It should also have a school and a meeting hall for diplomatic reasons. If we choose not to take individualism to extreme measures, we can install an WiMax antenna at the top.
-The radial design enables us to use our space smartly. We can divide the sections in a way that maximize beauty and function. We can have whole 'rings' or 'semicircular' section dedicated to sports, outdoors living, social events, etc, etc.
-Mother nature made white people stand out and we should live in harmony with it. The place must be heavily forrested, and aqueducts must be considered. Plus it looks fucking awesome.
It's all ideas I'm throwing here. Not claiming they're the best or anything.

I'm gathering resources to create a manual for this idea with solutions.
I'm trying not to pander to any ideology, but IN MY PERSONAL OPINION WHICH IS MINE, houses should come in a standard size and design, but also be modular to acommodate individuality.
The midterm between both ideas (houses should be standard X houses should enable individuality) is a standard design that can be customized to fit the citizen's needs.
Whites are an extremely industrious race, that's why each house should have a street-facing 'blank' room. You can turn it into a game store, or a small workshop, or another bedroom, or a party spot, or just park your car in it.
I don't like the idea of multi-store houses as they breed jealousy. Skyscrapers exist basically as a way to intimidate people.
I would like to create a basic model that would be comfortable as-is, discouraging modifications. One would move in and have a spacious, comfy house to raise his family in. Maybe set a 2-store limit.
Also, there would be a limit of three houses per family. This way we avoid (((speculation))) or (((rentism))). Why three? One for the grandpa, one for you and one for your kids.
Some of that sound a lot like communism, but there's just so many ways you can organize a community without simply creating an all-white neighborhood like any other.

As for people skills, I'm a business consultant with a degree in communication with an emphasis on human resources and public speaking. I've worked with social services and a wide variety of other small businesses to help them get off the ground. I think the whole idea of moving somewhere and living like labrats to make a white ethnostate is pretty retarded honestly. I think it would be more rational to move to a state like Montana in large numbers and settle into a single congressional district, that should make it pretty easy to elect a congressmen that can represent our values.
