Why are young, mostly white, western males so effeminate?
I don't just mean nu-males. I mean that most young white men are incredibly effeminate and it's a whole spectrum, from effeminate twinks to swagfags to nu-males.
What is causing this? It hasn't declined at all, it's gotten even worse.

Children are typically effeminate. Also it just so happens that in our society "cuteness" is considered attractive by a bunch of people.
People, especially young people's femininity is an illusion created primarily by hairstyle and clothing choice, though.
They were raised by females, their teachers were females, every place they go or club they attend HAS to also let in females.
When I was 12 I was in the air cadets, it was boys & men only, girls had their own groups, now they have girl members in the ATC.
There is no place left where young males can go and just be in the company of other males without any female intrusion.

I went to an all male high school and I would definitely choose to go there again/have my sons attend the school. The school hosts dances and there is an all female high school less than 20 miles away, so the lack of females on-campus was not negative at all. There was a clear sense of brotherhood among the students as a result of the lack of females on campus.

Most major water supplies had to switch to surface water over the last two decades or so. Too much over use of well water and fracking caused subsidence and dried up aquifers.
