Actually, China preemptively asked their non state banks to "comply" with the UN with no new biz and to wind down old biz. This allowed Trump to put that executive order in place today without threatening China relations. Yes it's a trap for Kim, but the bigger trap is Iran - one transfer of cash or weapons and we can citrate the entire Iran deal. The wildcard is Russia.
